Jessica Cooper, MA, RCC-ACS

Jessica is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors providing counselling to clients who have been impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns including separation and divorce, cancer and medical concerns, and issues with self-esteem. Her counselling approach is multi-faceted; she provides approaches to best meet the needs of clients and help bring about the change that they need. Jessica's foundation is a strong client-centered approach and trauma focused. Jessica incorporates neurobiology and is trained in trauma resolution modalities of EMDR and Flash Technique.

Education and Training

Jessica earned her Masters in Counselling in 2008 from Adler University.   She worked at a non-profit for nearly 10 years supporting women impacted by trauma and abuse and started a part time private practice in 2013.
